have not recieved any responce from them as of yet. i have sent rebuttle to their accusations and have offered 50 no more for my base and account back. say s that my base will remain suspended till i pay the charges for the gold. dates of purchase, account number and type of account, name on the account, and IP address of computer where these purchases were made. I have never bought gold, never put any of my card numbers on line. then didnt pay for it causeing a charge back to the company. they said i have bought gold and used to speed up game functions. I contacted and attorney and he advised me. they said it was perminet ban and would not respond to any more tickets from me. When i asked kixeye why they told me they do not have to disclose how they determine cheaters. I was banned by kixeye about a mounth ago for cheating.
Remember, if you attack to cheaters, they simply edit the attack log, and next day you will surely get suspended and see this message. In our example, "Player A" took advantage of kixeye's lazy action of banning cheaters with "minimum valid proof". Most of times Kixeye use their automated system to ban cheaters, if the attack log is the proof. Kixeye will suspended his account., and "Player A" win!Īs Kixeye can't deeply check ten thousands of reports per day, Kixeye will suspend whenever they receive valid proof of cheating. After that "Player A" will edit the attack log and then report "Player B" to Kixeye with the proofs of edited Attack log.Īnd because Kixeye receive the attack log as a proof, and "Player A" AKA the real cheater make it obvious that "Player B" is the cheater. "Player A" wait "Player B" to attack him. He has an enemy called "Player B" and want to revenge from him. !!!įor example imagine "Player A" is a cheater.
Not only that cheaters also could edit the attack log. In that way they can replace basic unit with more advanced unit, increase the DPS, Range, Speed, change upgrading time etc. We all know cheaters can edit their units such as infantry.
